Dale Dicks
Dale A. Dicks is a retired Marine Corps Officer with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning logistics, operations, training, and human resources. Transitioning into the financial sector, he has spent over 25 years in the insurance industry, where he specializes in delivering a comprehensive “total wealth solution” for individuals, families, and organizations.
After retiring from Fannie Mae in 2007, Dale founded SageOne Financial in January 2008 with the vision of building a top-performing, mission-driven team of financial professionals. His expertise includes mortgage originations, life insurance, real estate sales and investing, aggressive cash-flow management, debt elimination strategies, and non-traditional wealth-building methods.
In 2018, he became a Certified Financial Education Instructor through the National Financial Educators Council, further expanding his work as a trusted financial educator. Today, he is preparing to launch a nonprofit dedicated to stamping out financial illiteracy across America.
